Dec. 2009 - SYSTEMA just launched it's Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) based on the opensource product called Moodle (www.moodle.org). Upon the launch, students from the Civil Service Commission of the Philippines, took courses in e-Learning and Document Management Systems.
